Amy S. View on Lindsay & Gardner: Amy enjoys working with individuals with accounting and tax needs and business owners who want to grow their businesses to their fullest potential. She enjoys teaching business owners and managers the importance of strategic planning and proper reporting systems. Amy's definition of professional success is, "assisting business owners and individuals along the path of identifying financial success and peace of mind." Amy is originally from Abingdon, Virginia. She is married to James Douglas Gardner, MD. They have five sons. Amy loves coffee, and her favorite holiday is other people's birthdays!

Teresa enjoys working with clients in new ways, teaching techniques to earn more in their business as they discover a new enthusiasm for their work. Teresa strives to help the small business owner run a better business and enjoy a better quality of life. "Making a difference in the life of a client by working with them to create pathways to reach their goals is one of the most fulfilling aspects of her job” Teresa moved from her hometown of Dunnellon, Florida to Winston-Salem in 1986. Along with her husband Mark, she enjoys their family dog. Teresa's favorite time of year is Spring, unless you count tax season!
Chris Boothe,
CPA VA License #51484, NC License #45609 Title:CPA Education: Radford University Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2021 Chris and his wife Lauren moved from Southwest Virginia to Kernersville, North Carolina and are excited to call North Carolina home. Chris is a graduate of Radford University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Chris comes from a large family and enjoys riding dirt bikes, playing golf, and tax season!
Munish Chadha Title: Tax Accountant Education: Bachelor of Science in Business with concentration on Accounting- Emory and Henry College, Emory Virginia Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2017 View on Lindsay & Gardner: Munish likes to help business and individuals to achieve their maximum capacity in relation to tax savings. He diligently strives for maximizing business savings by capitalizing on existing tax laws and regulations. His passion is to research existing and new tax laws and regulation for the benefits of business and individual. “I like to see smile of satisfaction on client’s face for accounting and tax services well done.” Originally from Marion Virginia, Munish enjoys family time with his wife and son along with their Golden Retriever named Bindi. He also likes to watch professional football.
Michelle Peschieri Title: Accountant Education: Bachelor of Science Degree, Accounting 1994 SUNY Plattsburg, New York Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2017 View on Lindsay & Gardner: Michelle enjoys working with clients that have a need for tax planning and systems and procedures development. She enjoys the challenges of consulting and addressing issues facing closely-held businesses and their owners. Quickbooks training is an area in which Michelle excels and has found a true niche where she services many of the firms’ clients. Professional success, as defined by Michelle is “resolving tax and operational issues that a client may currently have while anticipating future issues, with a focus on minimizing problems and maximizing efficiencies and results.” Originally from Corinth, New York, Michelle. Her family consist of three children and one grand-daughter. Michelle’s favorite baseball team is the New York Yankees and she loves spending time outdoors with her family
Buffy Crump Title: Accountant Education Certificate in Accounting-Davidson Community College Years invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2013 Buffy’s accounting talents include intensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation. “Helping clients understand the complexity of QuickBooks issues is a passion and I enjoy being able to help businesses and individuals with their tax needs”. Buffy is married and has three sons, one of which who is currently serving our country in the Army. Summer is her favorite time of year, spending time outside enjoying the warm weather.
Nick Gitter Title: Accountant Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting – Appalachian State University Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2021 Nick is a Clemmons native and moved back to the Winston-Salem area after starting his career in Charlotte, North Carolina. Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family and is a die-hard App State football fan. When weather permits, you can often find him at the local mountain bike trails.
Jim Tobin Title: Accountant Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2023 Jim has several years of experience in preparing individual and state and local tax returns. He has a passion for providing valuable services that clients can depend on. He is excited to be working with both individuals and local businesses to help them achieve their goals! Originally from New Jersey, Jim moved to Winston-Salem as child, and has lived here ever since. Like many of the Lindsay & Gardner staff, he is from a large family and one of five siblings. Before transferring to UNC - Greensboro, Jim earned two associate degrees from Forsyth Tech. Prior to entering the world of accounting Jim worked as an automotive technician at a local dealership for five years before changing careers to pursue his interest in accounting. In his free time, Jim enjoys reading, music, and weightlifting. His favorite places to vacation are any of the NC beaches, and Charleston, SC.
Kelsie Gardner Title: Office Manager Education: Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Western Oregon University Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2014 As the firm’s office manager, Kelsie makes sure the entire office is running smoothly. Kelsie enjoys working with clients and team members she is the “go to” person if you need something now. Kelsie’s work motto, “our goal is to provide awesome customer service!” Kelsie grew up in Salem, Oregon and live is Albany Oregon, she is a true 100% remote employee and does not miss a beat in her exceptional job performance servicing clients and other team members. Kelsie is an animal lover and has two active dogs and a cat. Kelsie is married to Jake and they have one adorable son named Jason. Kelsie’s favorite time of the year is autumn, along with all the festivities of Thanksgiving.
Deborah Hartle Title: Administrative Assistant Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2009 Deborah enjoys helping clients by answering questions about their tax filings and assisting Kelsie with all the inter-office duties. “Getting to know each client on a personal level makes my job such a pleasure. I like to be able to help them get the answers they need right away”! Deborah grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and has five grown children, seven grandchildren and four dogs. She enjoys being a Counselor at Laurel Ridge Moravian Church Camp every summer and her favorite holiday is Christmas.
James L. Gardner Title: Administrative Assistant/Marketing Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: Joined the team in 2020 James was born and raised in Winston-Salem. The youngest of 5 brothers, an uncle to nieces and nephews he enjoys time with his large family. James grew up playing 3 sports a year. Because of his love of all sports, he knows all sports stats, just ask him! James earned his Eagle Scout designation. His Eagle Scout project was completed and then presented to the community of Clemmons the Ryan Wood Memorial Amphitheater in memory of his friend.
Carly Johnson Title: Administrative Assistant Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2021 Carly enjoys getting to know our clients while proving excellent customer service.
She grew up in Westfield NC, she is married with 2 children she enjoys spending time with her family and adventuring out on the weekends.
In her free time Carly enjoys music, being outdoors, and always up for a cup of coffee.
Carla Lindstrom Title: Administrative Assistant Years Invested with Lindsay & Gardner: since 2022 Customer service is my passion. I take pride in getting to know and becoming invested with our clients. My role is servicing as an advocate for our clients assuring all clients receive excellent quality service and a great experience. Carla grew up in Southwest Virginia but has called Winston Salem home for many years. She is married to Scott and has an adorable dog named Zoe. In her free time Carla enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and soon…. pickle ball.
