Amy S. Gardner, CPA

Amy GardnerAmy graduated from Emory and Henry College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Amy was first licensed as a Virginia CPA in 1991 and was licensed as a North Carolina CPA in 1997. Professional memberships include the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Community involvement consists of membership in the Reynolda Rotary Club, Inc., where Amy has served as Treasurer since 1999. Amy currently serves as a board member with The Enrichment Center and is a current board member with the Forsyth County Broncos Athletic Association, Inc. serving as Assistant-Treasurer.

Amy enjoys working with business owners who want to grow their businesses to their fullest potential, asking the business owner to “Begin with the End in Mind.” Amy enjoys the entrepreneur with the spirit and passion necessary to make his or her business successful. She enjoys teaching business owners and managers the importance of business strategic planning and proper reporting systems, with the belief that “what they can measure in their business, can be managed in their business.”

Teresa Lindsay, CPA

Teresa LindsayTeresa graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Teresa was licensed as a North Carolina CPA in 1995 and has been practicing in public accounting since that time. Prior to her career in public accounting, Teresa was employed as a Teacher in the public school education system. She also has experience in retail, manufacturing and as a business consultant. Professional memberships include the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Community involvement consists of membership in the Clemmons Rotary Club, where Teresa served on the board for a number of years before taking on the office of President of the Club for the 2008-2009 year. Teresa also has served for a number of years as board member for the North Carolina Tennis Association.

Teresa enjoys working with clients in new ways, teaching them techniques to earn more in their business as they discover a new enthusiasm for their work. Teresa strives to help the small business owner run a better business and enjoy a better quality of life.

Amy L. Crews, CPA

Amy L. CrewsAmy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting. Amy was licensed as a North Carolina CPA in 2001. She began her career with a Big Five Accounting firm where she focused primarily in the field of tax planning and compliance. From there, Amy went to work in the private sector in Family Wealth Planning and Insurance before returning to public accounting.

Amy enjoys working with clients that have a need for tax planning and systems and procedures development. She enjoys the challenges of consulting and addressing issues facing closely-held businesses and their owners. Quickbooks training is an area in which Amy excels and has found a true niche where she services many of the firm’s clients.

Professional success, as defined by Amy, is “resolving tax and operational issues that a client may currently have while anticipating future issues, with a focus on minimizing problems and maximizing efficiencies and results.”
